Our stay was all right. We made a spur of the moment reservation on a weekend day online, the site said I would get an email confirmation the next business day, so I emailed and left a voicemail. John called me back a while later to confirm things personally. He was also the one who handled our check-in and arranged a different room when I indicated the room we were in had a broken fridge and toilet. I would normally take more of an issue but I know the place is under renovation and they're probably still finding what's going on with each room. The rooms themselves were otherwise lovely and you can tell they're working hard to make them nice. The pool was also clean and the grounds well kept.
